Good day Rubybox

I ordered a birthday gift for my husband on the 31st of October and on your website it clearly states:

"Courier deliveries within South Africa take 2-5 working days"

This gave the courier enough time to get to me by the 4th of November which was my hubby's birthday.

It's now the 11th of November & double of the time has passed already. My surprise for hubby's birthday has now passed it's excitement.

Can you please tell me what has happened. It's the first time I order from Rubybox and the service is nothing to be "wowed" about.
