No response on delivery / cancellation of orde

I received an email 2 weekends ago "free delivery on any order placed today". I rushed to the site as i wanted a specific CD prior to this email but it was less then R250 and i wasnt prepared to pay delivery charges so the "free delivery email" came at the right time. I was suppose to receive my cd yesterday. I receive an email that my CD is available for COLLECTION IN CPT but i stay in Joburg (go figure) I forward my complaint, Pumza replies saying she "checked the order and i selected collect" I replied immediately saying i NEVER have selected collection and why would i choose to collect if all deliveries placed that day was free, nevermind that i have an account with Takealot which clearly shows i stay in JOBURG. Pumza then told me that a delivery charge will have to be paid cause my order is for less then R250.? I then just asked to be refunded but now im being ignored flat. Either my cd gets delivered as promised or they refund me but i want an answe
