On 17 Sep an e-mail was sent to 5 different e-mail addresses at City Slicker by the supplier to refund me, as she has received the goods that I have returned. On 23 Sep I still haven't received my refund & spoke to Zaheer at the call Centre that refused to give me his name (found out later re his name), asking him why I haven't received my refund, he said that they don't know anything about it, but 5 e-mails was sent and NO-ONE did anything about it.2Oct I was promised that I will receive my money back in 3-5 days. All of a sudden they had technical problems on the 8th of Oct. I don't believe any of their excuses anymore, this is just a tactic of theirs to your money, delaying the refund that you will eventually forget about it and Voil! They keep your money! This is by far the worst, unethical, dishonest company I've ever dealt with, & I will definitely not buy from them again. Spare yourself the agony & remove yourself from their mailing list. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE! With all the complaints on HelloPeter about not refunding people it's always a technical issue, & then as soon as you complain, it miraculously gets fixed. They just copy and paste the same reply to every complaint anyway!
