Cityslicker refuses to give me my money back

I Bought accommodation voucher from city slicker I don't want to use it anymore for some reasons, I told them that I won't be using the voucher and that they must refund me my money they refused to give me my money back they told me that they can only refund me by crediting my city slicker account. I told them that I wont be their customer anymore and that I want to unsubscribe from city slicker and they still refuse to give me my money back.
