Computer Geeks don't want to refund me!

Placed an order through Bid or Buy with Computer Geeks - R799 excl delivery charges - received the product - did not even install ourselves, went to IT company to install new CPU - was not in working order. Supplier will only refund 50%. Not acceptable! If he can work of all the products not working and only refund 50% to each client, he never has to work again!
