Bought an item on Bid or Buy from a seller and the seller took a while
to refund me for a product which was out of stock.

During the refund I contacted bid or buy and they made contact with
the seller to inform him to make the refund. Bid or Buy responded towards
me within the first working day. Everything is sorted out now.
