Maybe the worst product i owned

I have bought the Kaspersky Ferrari edition, since I installed it on my computer I was unable to install updates, it keeps giving me the error that says some components could not be updated, I have uninstalled and installed this product twice now with no luck.

As I have seen this to late, I have a couple of viruses lurking around on my computer.

I think a refund would be appreciated here, and ill rather buy Esset.
