Expansys saga - not received refund/goods ordered

I am writing this note in frustration and deep grief in the manner in which BidorBuy is handling the Expansys saga.

On 26 November 2012, I used Bidorbuy website to order goods from Expansys (a registered bidorbuy seller). I paid them their amount and I was told to wait 10-15 working days before I can collect my goods at the Expansys office in Houghton, Johannesburg. After a month and no sign of confirmation to collect my order, I tried writing emails to Expansys to enquire about the status of my order. I received no response.

Days later my colleague told me that he read an article about the liquidation of Premuim Stores, the company that Expansys SA was trading as.

On the 21 January 2013, I phoned bidorbuy call centre and asked about the liquidation. The bidorbuy lady did indeed confirm that Expansys was going through liquidation and that we should wait for "a phone call" from bidorbuy regarding our refunds.

It is 3 weeks and I have not received any phone call or email regarding my refund.

All I ask is that I get a REFUND or the GOODS ordered.

I urgently need the scanner for my work and studies.
