Still waiting for goods

On the 30-08-2013 I ordered a pair of shoes on the site [URL Removed] I was instructed to make an immediate payment, or else my order would be cancelled. The payment was made about 10mins later, via etf internetbanking & emailed poa to [Email Removed] On the 3-9-13 I received an email from style36 informing me that payment was not received, to which I called with REF: FAS0356001100 stating payment was made & poa emailed. I spoke to a guy, who sounded like he was in no mood to assist. He informed me that he would flag the order & submit to account for them to locate the payment & that I will received confirmation of 'payment received'. On the 5-9-13 I called again, to no avail as the phone was just ringing. On the 6-9-13 I called again to be assisted by the some person with the same attitude, no interest to help @ all & told me the exact same thing. Today I tried to follow up AGAIN, to no avail as the phone (s) is ringing.
On my statement it shows transaction of R159.00 SUCCESSFUL. Do I really have to wait 3weeks (longer) for shoes bought via the internet? I think not cause this is not the 1st time i buy things via the internet. This is unacceptable! NO LONGER WANT THE SHOES!
