Cancelled orders and money processed

I was wondering if we were the only people who have had no joy trying to order items from [URL Removed]

We often shop online from other South African as well as international online shops and we have had nothing but excellent service in every respect.

With 5rooms we have had multiple orders cancelled for what seemed to be no reason. We tried to get hold of or get some kind of straight answer from their customer care department which deemed to be close to impossible.

To top it off one of our order's recently - weeks after getting the orders cancelled - randomly got processed on my credit card. Following up on that we were given no real answers and the "resolution" was that our monies would eventually be paid back to us in 10 to 14 days.

I am not one to rant online but decided to post this in the hope of someone else seeing this and not having to waste their time (and possibly money).
