Never trust this web develope

The CEO / owner - Johan Rossouw of Actiononline (Joomla web developer in South Africa) and I had a contract of doing business via the internet (i paid in time the amount in question in full via EFT on the 19 March 2013) - he never did what he was asked and on the 06 July 2013 after so many times trying to contact he via Skype and many many excuses he said that he will refund me (I demanded my full payment back). Well he did not refund me and he does not communicate either. So think twice before using this web developer - this is all his websites:
