All Florists beware, bad service and over priced

Stay Away!!! They promised me a specific flower, told me it would be more expensive because of the market price increase due to the demand. Charged me almost 200% more than market price, and then delivered the wrong flower. I paid for an exclusive flower and received a common flower that I could've bought from the grower but didn't because that is not what I nor the Bride paid for, and I could've bought it for more than half the price he charged me. The bride refuses to pay me, resulting in me making a lost and because they delivered the day before the wedding I could not substitute the flower, as there was no time, and my business is 200km away from Cape Town.
I would not recommend Wellington Blomme Mark to any florist or person doing flowers for weddings or functions. How can one pay triple for something that you didn't even order in the first place. When I phoned to complain, he didn't even seem interested.
