I purchased a gift basket yesterday for my cousin sister for her birthday today. This was to be delivered to Dbn today.

To my amazement, I firstly received confirmation immediately of my payment and order number.

I then received an email this morning informing me that the delivery had already taken place at 9m. Talk about service excellence.

They are very professional and they have really great gifts/ products available on their website.
