NOT RECEIVING ALL THE ITEMS I PAID FOR!!

I paid for some stuff I bought on Bid or Buy, I queried my order because I did not get everything. I then was given a tracking numbers which according to the post office was collected by a Beukes (Not me). I have phoned (getting told to phone another number, which only rings) and send ALLOT of e-mails, just getting told the same thing everytime.. that it was send with the tracking numbers, but what I am trying to explain EVERYTIME is that all my items was not send. But the more I tell them that, the more they send me the same response, with the
tracking numbers!! The one item I got short was a handheld game that was suppose to be my sons Christmas present, so it wont really do me much good now.. I am really fed up explaining the same thing to these people, and not getting anything resolved!!
