Delivered half the flowers I ordered

I ordered 20 tulips to be delivered to my girlfriend. Only 10 arrived.
I then sent a very nice email thanking them for the flowers and I mentioned that only 10 arrived and I asked them how they could sort this out. I waited 3 days but I got no reply to this email so sent another asking simply what are you going to do about this. I waited a week but Still no reply so today I have sent a 3rd but still they do not even have the decency to acknowledge they made a mistake.

I can understand that sometimes things go wrong and deliveries are not complete, and I explained this in my first email. But then to not even respond to any of my emails is absolutely disgusting and shows a complete disregard for their customers.

Definitely never using these again!
