Hi All,
I use netflorist often & recommend it family & friends. I placed an order for a singing happy birthday balloon.
Today at delivery time, netflorist calls to say they don't have in stock. It is unacceptable service. They need to ensure items in stock when order is placed & money recieved or notify customer with sufficent time, not hours before delivery. Neflorist did not offer a sorry or anything to make up for mistake, only after complaining they offered chocolate. No apology yet or responses to my emails. This is very bad customer service. The staff needs to trained on these issues. It is very sad, today should be happy & smiling day but thanks to poor service by netflorist... I await response & apology.
