8TA OPERATING LIKE A BUNCH OF

I HAVE CALLED 8TA FOR THE PAST 6 MONTHS TO CANCEL MY CONTRACTS AND TO THIS DAY THEY CONTINUE TO DEDUCT MONEY OFF MY BANK ACCOUNT.
FROM MY TWO CONTACTS,
ONE WAS CANCELLED 2 MONTHS AFTER MY INITIAL REQUEST AND FOR A WHOLE WEEK, THE NUMBER WAS CANCELLED INFORMING ALL MY CALLERS THAT IT DOESN'T EXIST.
THEREAFTER A LADY FROM 8TA CALLED TO INFORM ME THAT I WOULD NEVER GET A REFUND FROM 8TA, I SHOULD THEREFORE NOT HOLD MY BREATHE.
THE SECOND ONE IS STILL NOT CANCELLED AND EVERY MONTH MY CANCELLATION DATE IS MOVED BY 8TA.
HAS 8TA NOT HEARD OF TCF OR ARE THEY JUST IGNORANT!!!???
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
I PRAY THAT SOMEONE READS THIS AND CUTS ALL TIES WITH YOU AS YOU ARE OPARATING LIKE BUNCH OF AND DON'T APPRECIATE YOUR CLIENTS AT ALL. CELL C HERE I COME.
