CALL CENTRE NIGHTMARE

The reason I had cancelled the subscription was the lack of service from this bunch from bottom to the seniors. When the subscription was finished they constantly called me to renew not bothering to find out why I was no longer interested. Now that I want to renew and I speak to one consultant by the name Elizabeth who promises to email me the invoice and I dont receive. I call and speak to Joanne who is abrupt before I could even ask when the first delivery will be she hangs up.

Why do they employ these people because clearly they are not interested in serving rather they are cheque collectors at month end. Oh my goodness I give up on this bunch!
