I always had an impression that a Inter Net shopping call centers are people with attitude and are cold blooded people. But with my inter action with Cazle of Net Florist my attitude changed. She makes sure all emails are replied, polite in talking and understands the problems gives solution to an issue. Solution to an issue is important than just understanding a problem.
