Weeks of and no solution

So after two weeks of me raising the issue with what I thought was the best local ISP (that being Afrihost), my issue is still not resolved.

My line speed looks fine but I can't even game online with my 10mbps uncapped bundle (one of the reasons I went with a 10mbps bundle is to be able to download and game hassle free). Youtube is horrible as well, won't play properly on anything besides 360p.

This might not seem like a huge deal to most people but I am paying a premium for what I believe to be a premium service! AND I have had to chase after them for feedback regarding this issue! never mind an actual solution

Before this I had another issue that I had to chase after them to sort out. All they tried to do was reset the port. I can do that myself!!! Besides that they wanted to sync me at a lower speed (I agreed even though I was not happy but this did NOT fix the problem anyways).

I am over this! I hate having to chase after a company for answers when they should actually be providing me with feedback! Never mind an answer or solution!

Afrihost FIX THIS PLEASE!

ps. Browsing the internet is horribly slow as well!
