Bad attitude from Pharmacist

Shops, Products, Services

I am a Healthcare Professional, working in the Pharmaceutical industry for over 14 years. I visited Clicks Pharmacy Midrand in Boulders Shopping centre wanting to buy Myprodol. The "pharmacist" (which I am not sure he is) insisted on a prescription and when I mentioned to him that I know a Schedule 3 product can be issued as an OTC drug if it is classified as a "trauma pack" for less than 5 days, he immediately became very arrogant saying it is up to the pharmacists discretion and that he will not be dispensing Myprodol to me. When I asked him what he based his decision on, he just shrugged. I gave him my clicks card so he can see that I only buy Myrpodol very occasionally. He refused and said that I could stand in a different line and ask for Catafast. I left my basket that contained loads of supplements and toiletries right there on the floor and I will be visiting Dischem Carlswald in future. My issue today is not the fact that I did not get the Myprodol. It was his attitude. Can you let me know if Mr Seepa is indeed a pharmacist? If not, why did I not get to speak to the pharmacist? Please address his inter personal skills towards customers. His attitude stinks.
