Mother's Day flowers were delivered today without the card - so the recipient had no clue who they were from and the painstakingly crafted words, meant for the card, were lost. This woman's son is in Afghanistan and she has been devastated by his departure - the flowers were sent on his behalf.

I will never use your service again. Thank you for ruining this Mother's Day surprise for an old lady whose son is in a war zone.

And don't dare respond saying that there was no copy written for the order. I have used your service many times and understand how to populate fields in an online form.
