Didnt deliver on my mom's birthday

To say im disappointed is an understatement... I ordered flowers for my mother a day in advanced and I asked that they be delivered at her work place in the morning, i called about 3 times to follow up on the order because she was leaving work soon. after all the calls and follow ups, all netflorist could say was that they can only at pm... they ruined my mother's surprise and i really hope will keep her for another year so that i can get another chance to send her flowers on her special day... to top it all they only refund me after 7 working days!

words cannot begin to express how i feel, I'm truly hurt and i feel that they did not show any remorse about the inconvenience i experience... i had this day all planned out for my mother since the morning and they ruined half of that day and it was too late for me to order elsewhere.
