BAD SERVICES

I foned this company as the Hospital advised me that claim for son were not settled, i spoke to a lady by the name of Khensani who didnt know what she was ding or sayong to me, i had to repeat myself 4 times before she could even get what i really wanted, i spend 20 minutes on the line with her just to request for statements. She kept putting me on hold for no reason. I am glad that am no longer a membner of your medical aid the service that you give to your customers is pathetic. Till today i have no received the statement ans she raised her voive at me telling me that she had to go her Supervisor for assistance, i dont understand why i took her that long and still didnt send me the statements.
