RESOLUTION DOESN'T PAY CLAIMS

I am very dissappointed with Resolution health. i have been pregnant for the past 8months and i let them know that i am pregnant so that all the benefits can be arranged for me. I have been going to my gynae and up to this date they havent settled the full amount. currently i owe my gynae R7000.00 and i was warned that i'll be blacklisted. i have called Resolution a number of times, the agents are not helpful at all. lately i wanted to buy pregnancy medication but it was declined. What am I payiing my medical aid for? Im afraid if they will cover my hospital bills when i give birth. People must stay away from this medical aid.
