Sales not doing there jo

I went to the dentist yesterday to get a tooth removed as it had broken and caused extreme dicomfort, as i was about to go in to have the tooth pulled, the lady notified me that there were no more funds on my medical aid card. witch to me was a huge suprise.
i contacted spectramed were a very rude consaultant was try to tell me that my plan has changed since 2010, whitch was also a suprise to me as i was not informed in anyway.
so now i am still in pain and am paying spectramed every month for nothing.

i will be changing to a different medical aid and i will make sure that i never have anything good to say about them to anyone.
