Product was sold under false pretences

The product was sold at our home by and agent who placed us under false pretenses and what bad service we have received from them till now. It is beyond me that a company like Spectramed are still in business and we would recommend all considering people thinking of joining Spectramed, to deviate from this wannabe medical aid.
