Previously on Discovery Vitality - excellent service, no problems. However as I am part of Bankmed we have had to change over to Momentum Multiply... and what a nightmare this has been. My multiply was supposed to be activated by the 1st of January as promised by the call centre agent - Willy - only to find out that this has not been done. I have now been debited by Virgin Active because Momentum did not send my information to Virgin in time, and then yesterday Momentum debited by account for part payment of a gym fee, where by 1) I asked them to take my debit order of on the 20th of each month, and 2) I did not give them any authority to do this. When I called the call centre this morning I asked that the manager call be back and lo behold I am still waiting and the agent who gave me her name and number gave me the incorrect number... how convenient... is this how we are now treated in South Africa... customer service... what is that...???
