Membership withdrawn without notification

I called in for a complete different reason, only to find out that my membership had been withdrawn. i was shocked i pay a lot of money in contribution, the least they could do was let me know about such an important change. i had already called them prior to this to notify that i was changing the payment details but never to withdraw. what happened if me or one my family members were called up short at a critical time when i need the med aid thinking that all was in order. i cant believe it still!
