After the amalgamation of Pro Sano I called the call center to find out if my account was up to date and that my payments were not behind. The agent confirmed that account was OK and that the payments were up to date. Today I received an SMS saying I owe R5664 due to unpaid contributions. I called the call center only to encounter a RUDE unethical employee that could not understand my predicament. He indicated that my debit order details were not moved over from Pro Sano during the merge. No I have to pay for Bonita's mistake. Because there transfer of my information was not done correctly I have to pay for their mistake and suffer the unfortunate consequence, Needless to say I was put in contact with a supervisor that was no more helpful that the original agent. This is disgusting and incredibly unethical! How a company can continue when treating their customers in this manor. My account needs to be handled by Bonitas for their mistake, I should not have to pay for their discrepancies.
