Worse service i have ever received

I have tried repeatedly to sort out claims for my mother who is terminally ill with liver cancer, even resorting to actually visiting the GEMS offices in Florida which turned out to be a total waste of time as well, they barely respond to e-mails and send you from pillar to post or feed you gross disinformation. I see on their website that they proudly advertise that they care for in excess of 3, 2 million people. Well I am sorry for those poor souls their lives must be purgatory!
