Bad service given

This complaint is regarding the terrible service at Gems medical aid, we have been awaiting medication to be sent for my mother's chronic illness (she is the main member) for weeks now and each time we call all we get is just being sent from pillar to post with no satisfactory resolution. All we get are rude incompetent consultants who are unwilling to assist. We have be told about authorisations that are required which we have followed to the T but still no medication and no willingness to assist.

For a company that deals with people's lives its quiet amazing how careless these people are with the well being of their customers.

We are quiet appalled by the service and require urgent feedback on this matter.
