Dentist gets paid for job not done

Had a root canal done a year ago and it was paid by my medical aid, but after a year the filling came out and the tooth started to pain so i went to a new dentist in johanensburg because i had moved up, and my new dentist said that there was no root canal done on the tooth, j saimlall just cleaned it and did not take the nerve out, so i had to pay for the full bills cash from my salary, and when i call saimlall she said that she cannot help me because i am i johannesburg, she could of sorted it out if i was in durban, so i said i would like her to pay half of the bills atleast and saimlall said no she will not and she has her paperwork and i have mine so i must to what i want to do, and cut the call, and she had charged me R4000 for the root canal, so i sent an email to the health department after that and i just want others to know what she has done, and what she is doing to people
