Discovery rules and i loose money

I went to my dentist in November for a filling that fell out (which i think i did about 3 months prior. My dentist charged me and a month after the filling fell out again which i then went back and he had it charged again. Within two weeks the same filling came out and i contacted my dentist and told him of this, he told me to come back to have it filled again, which i do not want to do i then called Discovery and told them not to pay this dentist as I'm not happy with the service i received?
The consultant told me that Discovery cant withheld funds from the dentist and i have to contact the dentist and tell him to reverse the claim? i called the dentist and the assistant said he will contact me and i didn't hear from them since 3 days ago.

so basically i lost R1300 for a filling which was claimed for twice (if not more) i still don't have a tooth that's has a hole in and discovery and the dentist ate my money!

wow, talk about loyalty? this is my money and i need to tell them if a doctor isn't giving me good service and they need to do whatever i tell them to do regarding my money... I'm VERY VERY disappointed!
