Disgusting lack of care from nurses at parklands

My grandfather is currently fighting cancer which is a huge life altering experience. He at the same time is fighting problems with his bowels. He had to undergo a colonoscopy and as we all know you are given medicine the night before to empty his bowels before going under. He is currently too weak to help himself and once he realized he had had an "accident" he rang for the nurses multiple times before he was literally lying in a bed filled up to his armpits with his own waste. He tried calling out but once that had failed he had to bang his cup on the table almost breaking it until someone came in only to say "why didn't you call us?! " It turned out his buzzer was broken, I cannot imagine what would happen if he was in need of serious life threatening assistance?? After all of this the nurses merely put my grandfathers manure soaked shirt along with sweet papers and other rubbish in a plastic bag and waited for my gran to fetch it. This is only one instance. In the past my grandfather has been called a filthy old man for not flushing the toilet (because he was feeling too weak to stand and had to rush back to bed) and the list goes on if only I had enough space to write it all.
