I had a baby in August 2012. Since then, this medical aid has given me nothing but problems. They expect my newborn baby to nominate her own GP otherwise they wont pay the bills (even though a GP was already nominated on the medical aid). Yesterday, I tried to arrange for clearance for radiology and repeatedly ended up with a black women that was so rude and kept on putting down the phone in my ear. After the sixth call, I ended up with someone that explained why they do not pay for the radiology.

I will never refer anyone to prime cure ever again.
