I have been trying to get hold of the pediatricians at Linmed hospital for a month or so. Let me start from the beginning - 14 months ago, i had my baby in the Linmed hospital and baby ended up in Neo-Natal care as he was 3 weeks prem & his lungs weren't fully developed yet and couldn't breathe properly on his own. After my maternity leave, i got another job and had to cancel my medical aid. Now that I have finished my probation and I am permit now in my new job, I have applied to go back onto discovery. Discovery wont put me back on as they need all details for baby when he was in Neo-Natal care. This is ridiculous that you can't get hold of the pediatricians at Linmed. Whats if this was an emergency & someone was trying to get an appointment for their sick baby??? All I am wanting is proof that my baby was in Neo-Natal & he is fine today and isn't on any medication.
