UNPAID HOSPITAL BILLS

Unfortunately paying medical aid doesn't guarantee medical insurance. I was admitted at Crompton Hospital on the 2nd of August but the medical aid hasn't paid the bill or state whether or not they will pay it. I have made countless follow ups and have had to physically gather information for the medical aid as they kept saying they haven't received it. Just today they said they want more information and according to my doctor all the information has been sent to them and there no need for them to treat me like a criminal. Today I am in premature labour and risk loosing my baby but they still wont pay the hospital. In a company that prides itself in taking care of its clients, i have unfortunately been robbed as they keep debiting money form my account but still won't pay. I strongly feel that I am being taken for a ride here, they would rather i loose my baby instead of settling the matte
