Builders Warehouse Cashback

To whom it may concern,

I have been struggling since February to get Builders warehouse cash backs paid back to me. I have spoken to countless call center operators. Every time they escalate it to the finance department, and the the finance department informs the call center that it will be sorted out and paid into my account the following week. This seems to be their default answer. Every week I've been calling Discovery explaining my situation over and over and it just seems like we are going in circles. I called yesterday again, just to get the exact response "your request has been forwarded to the finance department and they confirmed it will be paid within the next week" yeh right... the first 10 times I believed them. Can someone from Discovery please sort out this problem. I have never had such issues with cash backs before and it has been a great system up to this point.
