Discovery Card
Still waiting for my Contiki Cashback

Before my Fiance and I (now my husband) went away to Thailand with Contiki for our honeymoon, I phoned Discovery's call centre numerous times to confirm if indeed they will pay my then Fiance's portion of the Contiki cash back, My answer was always the same, and this from 4 agents who also checked with the finance department, as long as we both have medical, vitality and both of us are on the same status and I pay with my Discovery Credit card, I would get the full cash back For us Both. I asked them if they are 100% sure there is no other requirements like him getting his own card, and they confirmed they are sure, all of them would either say they are sure, or check with finance again and say it is 100%

Now after all is said and done, they come with the story that he needed a card of his own, they said they would investigate (as it is good customer service if you do something that was promised would be fine even after it is not). More than 20 work days has passed since they would investigate and still nothing...

I worked for a financial consultant, that is why I more than triple checked with you guys before we paid!
