Incompetent staff

I scheduled an appointment for an ultrasound for 8 this morning. I waited there from ten to eight, they only opened at 08:15. After that I waited till 09:00 for the sonographer to even come in to conduct my ultrasound, I scheduled at 08:00 because I had work to attended, and it was unfair to my company, as I lost more than an hour that could have been spent doing productive work, unlike these employees. The attitudes of your staff was pathetic. They deserve a written warning, after all you are in a customer service environment, you live up to the standards set by other branches. I hope everyone reading this will never ever waste their time with this company in future.
