I have booked tickets from jhb to DBN for the 09/04 returning on the 14/04.The bus was scheduled to leave at 11am, 5 minutes before 11am one of the assistants informed all the passengers that the bus is delayed & refused to tell us why there was a delay.we approached the staff & asked them what was going on, they gave us attitude & refused to tell us why the bus was delayed eventually after a long 3hour wait we boarded the coach which was in a terrible condition. the bus was stinking with urine, it was filthy & had vomited on the floor, nothing on the bus worked.once our journey began two female passengers also accompanied the driver at the front of the bus. We were then scheduled to leave DBN on the 14/04 at 11am as well but at 8am I received a call from one of the staff members advising the bus is delayed once again, the excuse was that the bus went for a service and scania did not release it. we eventually ended up boarding the bus at 22pm that night reaching JHB at 5am Monday morning only to go home bath and go to work.. Why make booking and take our money when we have to suffer at the end. if we were 5 minutes late they would have never waited for us. This is pathetic service.
