Just No Response

I have called numerous times (4-5 times) about accounts that are not fully paid by discovery. and all they tell me is they will either get back to me which they NEVER do or I must fax through the claim which i have done... still no response! then the latest telephonic instruction was to email the claims which I did and all I get is an automated response via email that someone will get back to me... and guess what I am still waiting!!!

Now the doctors are climbing down my throat as these accounts were supposed to be settled last year already!

Discovery's excuse now is they had to use from my medical savings and there wasn't enough... even though I am on the best plan of discovery with the best hospital coverage they must use my medical savings for a in hospital surgery/procedure... HOW DOES THAT ONE WORK??? are they not supposed to use my so called fantastic hospital benefits for that?? and after they said that they will cover everything for the procedure (which they sent to me in writing) and now the excuses come!!

I AM HIGHLY DISGUSTED and I hope now I will finally get some action done now not some silly excuse!!!
