Clinix service worse than public hospital

My son was hit buy a car a and i rushed him to Clinix PRIVATE hospital. The service I received at casualty was DIGUSTING. They let peoplesit there whilst the Dr is busy with other patients. My son sat like that in pain for more than 25 minutes. When finally the Dr was done with him, a student nurse came to tell me that I must carry my son to scanner room as she doesnt like kids being pushed on the wheel chair. After convincing her that my son is in pain and was in an accident, thats when she went to get the wheel chair. She then pushed my son to the other room and dropped him of without saying a word, without being attended by anyone. I went to look for the hospital manager by the name of Maggie who was unfortunately not available, they called an assistant by the surname of Mamatela... whom was very casual when i: reported: the matter to her. To top it up, my son was there and admitted just after 16:30 and did not receive his super... he took medication on an empty stomach. Even after I have asked. Parents arent offered any beaverages as the new policy states, only water is offered to parents that stay over night. Clinix, was first and last time i come here
