Serious Lack of Respect for Life

In my mind l have always painted this picture of Health Practitioners being angels, until this morning when my 6 month old was in pain and crying nonstop.
I took him to Lesedi Private Hospital at 2:00am on arrival we were greeted by the Night Shift Supervisor Sister Elsie who directed me to the reception to register. Moments later in the consultation room l was greeted by this so unwelcoming woman with a bad attitude, asking one word questions and looking for one word answers. This l could deal with what made me mad was when my wife asked her to examine the sore at the back of the little boy's head.
First l thought she was on track when she said this could be caused by whatever was used to shave him, then l responded since l had only shaved him that afternoon after realising he had a sore on his head of which she rudely responded how would she know the cause then? l was left stunned and boiling inside but again l remembered black on black has never shown respect and clearly this was playing out here. I remained calm all the way as l knew my wife does not like it when l cause a scene.
Clinix you have lost me and you will be loosing more clients and soon lives because of such.
