Taking their time with my medical expenses and J88

Whats up with the staff at Clinix Lesedi hospital, why must they get pushed all the time when you need something from the hospital, I have requested my medical expenses from the ER doctor long time ago and also the J88 form to be completed but I am being sent from Pillar to Post I have no idea why but its really irritating and annoying, you keep giving me bad service and I keep coming back to your hospital because I believe in you as the hospital in our community but I have learnt my lesson no more doing business with you, next time I am going to Lenmed, I want my medical expenses and my J88 form today or I will seek legal action
