Emergency pregnancy situation, from 06h00 to 10h30

My wife as i write is lying on the bed waiting for the Dr at Clinix Hospital in Phalaborwa and she had her water broke at 05h45 and we are still waiting for a Dr since then and it is now 10h32 and still no sign of the Dr.
