Hi to whom it may concern,

I have been involved in a motorbike accindent (MVA) on 13 February 2013. As a result of the accident I have sustained facial injuries and been admitterd to the Olivedale Clinic after which a Maxcio Facial / Dental Surgeon (Dr Bets) had to close up external and internal laserations to my face. I have also lost a trunk of bone, 5 teeth and bone to the jaw as a result of the accident which the surgeon had to remove in theatre.

I also now ineed of after treatment by the Dentist and Surgeon, I have already received temporary teeth from the tentist, at the Randburg Medical Clinic. I have an apointment with Dr Bets for a face scan, after which he need to plan what still need to be done, at this stage he presume that he will need to plant some bone back in to my jaw after which he will replace the 5 teeth with inplants.

I have submitted a PMB App on 6 March, after which Discovery continiously aked for additional info, the last was that the Dentist account needed to be revised as she only claimed for 4 teeth. All have been submitted on 8 April 2013. No feedback as yet! Need auth for future treatment and treatment already received not to paid from savings acc.
