Wrong dates where booked for me at the Cape Royale Luxury Hotel and Spa. The Reservations manager, Fransette Rossinger confirmed my booking via e-mail and pretended as though she never did when I got to her hotel. She tried to convince me to go find alternative booking, even though I was booked in the hotel, just so that she can prioritise another group over me.
Her method of communication was weak and belittling, as though I didn't matter.
Unprofessional and poor service for a 5 star establishment
