Chronic medication

GEMS has been nothing incompetent tome. I receive chronic medications from them (or should i say when they want to deliver the medications to me) I am taking care of an HIV positive 5year oldchild and you not suppose to break the cycle when you on the medication. i haven't received the medication for the past 3 months i sent an email to the notifying them about it. and they sent a sms that they will deliver. when i called today the agent was nothing but rude and didn't have answers to the questions.
